Bronze SLA

  • Unlimited telephone support Monday to Friday during office hours: 08.30 to 17.30 (excludes bank holidays/public holidays).
  • Covers labour charges on any hardware problems/failures you might encounter.
  • An engineer makes a service visit within a specified time if the problem is not resolved via phone/remote access.
  • Daily remote monitoring and administration of your network system. (broadband req.)
  • A yearly PC MOT service. Cleaning the inside of your PC to reduce wear and tear and a general check over.
  • All hardware is chargable, unless under warranty.
