Gold SLA

  • Unlimited telephone support Monday to Friday during office hours: 08.30 to 17.30 (excludes bank holidays/public holidays).
  • Unlimited remote support.
  • Software support on all Microsoft applications and most be-spoke applications such as Sage, Act, etc.
  • Covers labour charges on any hardware & software problems/failures you might encounter.(except Virus/spyware/etc)
  • Pro-active remote monitoring and administration of your server and network on a daily basis. (broadband req.)
  • An engineer makes a service visit within a specified time if the problem is not resolved via phone/remote access.
  • Most hardware components are covered, dependant of age of machine.
  • Temporary replacement equipment available should yours need to be taken off-site for repair.
  • A yearly PC MOT service. Cleaning the inside of your PC to reduce wear and tear and a general check over.
